Kate, based in Dallas, and Ida, originally from Sweden and now on the East Coast, met when their boys attended preschool together in Dallas. Both moms of two, they quickly connected over a shared love of design, travel, and adventure. Outside of transforming homes, they enjoy yoga, wellness, exploring new cities, and traveling for both work and play. Their complementary perspectives and passion for creating warm, stylish, and inviting spaces led to the founding of Styled for Stay. With a strong focus on second homes and short-term rental properties—while designing thoughtfully for a range of clients—they specialize in fully outfitting homes with curated furnishings, decor, and details that are both beautiful and livable.
